I've gotten a notice mail from Kao's insurance company.
It was saying we have had an overdue amount and had to make the payment by tomorrow but I read it yesterday.
So as soon as I read the mail, tried to pay it on the website but I needed his id, pw and 4 digit PIN number.
At the time, luckily, he logged on the Facebook so I asked him to give me all of that information.
The id and pw he gave me matched to the information but the PIN number.
We had tried to put some different numbers he used to use, but they were all wrong, and finally, the account locked.
I'm still afraid of giving phone calls to somebody in English.
Such as to look for plane tickets, to open a bank account, to get a phone call from banks, insurance companies and strangers.
Anyways, I tried to call them to solve this problem with big courage but I couldn't even figure this out.
I'm depressed whenever these things happen to me.
When are these things to be easier to me?
Hopefully, my oppa is able to give them a call and make the payment and set the payment method up as an automatic system.
